How can vegetarians be healthier?

01 In the staple food, in addition to rice noodles, I also use oatmeal and buckwheat in the cereals. Other miscellaneous grains are also eaten regularly; more potatoes, sweet potatoes, purple potatoes and other potatoes are used instead of some staple foods.
